Our Flat-Fee Services Will Save You Money


Pay just $350 to list your home with One Rate Real Estate, and pay no commission if your home is sold by owner.

You also have the option, for $1000 more, to have us negotiate the contract for you.

If your home is sold through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), you will pay $1350 (list fee and contract negotiation) plus whatever commission you wish to pay the buyer's agent.
