We charge $1000 to negotiate your purchase and give you the remainder of the seller-paid commission through the MLS to be used for allowable closing costs or to lower the purchase price.


In order to be eligible to receive your rebate, it is very important that you contact us immediately in order to establish an agency relationship and schedule all showings through us in order to protect our right to a commission. 


Otherwise if you have scheduled, contacted or viewed a home through another agent, that agent may claim that they are entitled to the full commission and you will lose out on your rebate.


If you have already found a home you like prior to becoming a client of One Rate Real Estate, LLC and have not engaged into an agency relationship with another agent, we will need to discuss with the listing agent the rights to the commission.
